Bio/Description

Brooke Kennedy is Ojibwe and a tribal member of Walpole Island First Nation. She is from Birmingham, Michigan, and is a junior at Princeton University. Brooke is planning on earning an undergraduate degree in anthropology, specifically focussing on medical aspects within her field of study. She hopes to highlight medical issues within the indigenous community and study their origins. 

Aside from her class work, Brooke is the Vice President of Natives at Princeton and is a member of the Indigeneity at Princeton Task Force. She hopes to expand the native community at Princeton and further normalize representations of indegenous culture on campus.
